Rose, Playing Babysitter

Rose sighed as Dragon called her over. She got up and went over to Dragon, where she told her to stick to Wynn "like glue". Since Wynn's memories had vanished, Rose banished her wings and tail, and other visible traces of non-human characteristics. She didn't want Wynn to not trust her because she didn't believe in Kitsunes, Demons, Fairies, or Angels. Well, she probably would still believe in angels, but Rose still didn't know a lot about that part of her heritage anyways.

So Rose smiled at Wynn, and told her, "I'll help you out for a while."

A moment later, though, she looked back at Taran. He was better, but still weakened. She wasn't sure how well he would do, being just a mage and all... except, he wasn't just a mage, was he? Alachia had said he was a dragoon. Like n** to Dragon. Except, exactly whose Dragoon was he? He didn't seem to be Shalimar's, or he would have been right there with her. And Rose doubted that a nobody dragon like Xangord would even get a dragoon, so that cut out Xink, too. And Nogard was... more bunny demon than dragon, and from a different dimension.

She had so many questions to ask him, but all she could do was look at him, puzzled.

Se'rox and Uncertain Terms

As the man who seemed to be Kaku told her he was Kaku after all, after again repeating his provocation for her to kill him, Se'rox smiled softly. As he berated her manners for not telling him her name, she nodded. As he formed the nobody symbol, she wrinkled her face. Why did people have to do things to get attention? Se'rox thought. Those symbols are magnets for trouble- you can't flash them around without consequences!

Se'rox shook her head.

"My apologies, then. I was not sure you were the Kaku, and I do not extend courtesies to beings not worthy of such. You do not know me, but my name is Se'rox." She solidified the mud pond behind her, and walked forward slowly, hands casually down, hoping he no longer thought of her as a threat.
