Rose: Enough
Rose, seeing that Dragon and the whole group of animals had finally come to an understanding, and Dragon telling her specifically to cool down, Rose frowned. She automatically changed into traveling clothing, dismissing the fighting garb.
"Great. So, you've got this. I need to get home." she paused. "I need a break." she said, quietly and softly. Finally, her forehead jewel changed back to blue.
Nodding to her niece and... nephew-in-law-to-be? and Wynn and then turning to half bow to Dragon, she didn't give anyone any time to stop her. She had been through enough- she wanted to go home before things got more out of hand.
She walked away quickly, and as the road home was short enough, was there in a matter of minutes. She slowed once she passed the hedge that led into the outer garden in front of the house, feeling the need to take life slowly again. Smell the flowers, as it were. She still headed straight for the house, but breathed deeply and looked around as she did. She almost stopped when she saw Se'rox sitting out front with someone... but she would ask questions later. She raised a hand in acknowledgement, and smiled. She continued on toward the house, and wondered why the curtains were all closed. She liked them open.

Taran: Never Enough
"They were dead?" Taran asked, wanting almost a confirmation. He realized, though, that he was almost forgetting himself. "And... now they're alive. That is more than odd." he said, much more calmly.
"What exactly do you think I could do about any of that?" Taran said, trying to sound a little nervous and disturbed. He hardly ever was, so he wasn't sure how well it would come off, and how much about him Lord Avondale actually knew.
"I mean, I am a scholar mage, after all. And I've never heard of such a thing."

Se'rox: Idle Irony
As intriguing as events seemed to be becoming at Rose's house, Se'rox couldn't help but think that she didn't want any attention at the moment. She thought for a moment.
"I don't know that man, at all. But yes, I know who lives here. I know many people who used to live here, as well. But the one that still does... I have not seen that one today."
As Zuchax III mentioned her somebody living here, Se'rox winced slightly.
"Yes, yes she does." Se'rox said, more than casually. "Though I don't believe she is even on this planet right now." she said.
She said it too soon, and the irony made her smile as Rose herself suddenly came walking up to the house. As Rose passed the bushes, she slowed, seeming to relish being home. Se'rox nodded as she took a moment to go over the tiny differences in Rose since she last saw her. Her hair had grown- which explained her own, she supposed. A strange trait, for her hair to follow her somebodys', but she had not figured that one out yet.
It took a moment, but Rose finally saw them, and acknowledged them. Se'rox simply nodded in response to the recognition, and waited for Zuchax III to say something. She was certain he would.
