Time to get MEAN! scream This time, this entry is very, VERY, Evil! twisted So don't think about reading on if you beleave in the bible! I repeat, do NOT read on if you beleave in the bible.
Okay, if your still readin, then you have a terrible problem with curiosity or I have your attention. So what do I have to say about the bible that is so shocking?! First let me say that this is my opion. Not yours. I DO NOT BELEAVE IN THE BIBLE!
Why not? Well, its simple. It's nothing more than a fairytale! Its a pretty little bedtime story that is nice to beleave but is NOT true. I think it's nothing more than a lie. God and the whole heavon and hell thing is nothing more than a scare tactic to control people. Yeah, it has its good points, but you don't need to beleave in god or the bible to understand them.
Jesus could've exsisted, but he didn't come back from the dead. He didn't die for our sins. He just was killed. We are here to watch over ourselfs and the ones we love! It's OUR doing of what happens in our life. Blaming the devil or giving god thanks is just stupid. What happens, HAPPENS.
Church is the biggest problem. Going to church and praying to god is a waste of time. Now don't get me wrong. Havin hope and wishing for the best is not a bad thing, but doing it to/for god is. There is a LOT of things that are true and important to life but god and jesus and all that stuff, is just not real.
But if that's what you beleave, then follow your cult to "heavon". I ask that you only don't push it on others and understand everyone is entitled to beleave in things that are real. Also, don't think that god made the world for us. That is the biggest pile of crap I've heard! And by the way, I feel the same way about all religions. So what is my quote for this entry? Here you go,
--"To believe in a contradiction is to abdicate your belief in the existence of the world around you and the nature of the things in it, to instead embrace any random impulse that strikes your fancy--to imagine something is real simply because you wish it were. A thing is what it is, it is itself. There can be no contradictions. In reality, contradictions cannot exist. To believe in them you must abandon the most important thing you possess: your rational mind. The wager for such a bargain is your life. In such an exchange, you always lose what you have at stake."
