Over and over again I never say what I mean
Everything that comes out
Is directed to hurt
Ill self content is what’s calling the shots
Many times I’ve tried
To put it back in its place;
Retaliation is its only answer
Set solid in turning my words
To those of verbal daggers
Lay waste to those I love and hold so dear
It knows my darkest fear
Holding me captive with the power to end my entire being
Let loose to wreak havoc it starts its dirty work
With me as its host
