Race: Chimagin. Chimagin originate from Japan, and there are two ways one can be, "Born." Either two of the species come together with the intention of perpetuating their kind, or a corpse is resurrected by one, and becomes a Chimagin by "rebirth." They are imbued with greater strength and speed than their appearance may allow, the ratio being 4:1 (the attributes of four average human beings is equal to one Chimagin). They have two unique abilities aside from their superior senses: one, that they have control over one of seven distinct Chakra points and abilities pertaining to that Point, and two, that they can exert control over specific aspects of their body, from shutting down their reproductive system to staving off starvation by slowing their own metabolism. In fact, their advanced strengths and weaknesses are often the result of extreme tampering.
Josie's Chakra point is the Heart, and gives her abilities over healing in addition to her magic.

Appearance: A tiny, frail looking woman with warm features. Originally her eyes were brown, but she had an incident during which they faded to a soft gray. Thanks to the lack of color, her eyes often reflect colors close to her face (most prominently blues and violets).

Mental Stability: Difficult to say. Josie deals with things as a child would deal with them, meaning she asks many questions with things that are new to her or she doesn't understand. This can often come off as sheer stupidity on her behalf; such is not the case.
~Both of her parents were murdered when she was seven years of age, and she was taken to an orphanage to be raised until old enough to leave. Soon after arriving the other children learned of her dead parents, and went to great lengths to tease her about it. It finally ended when she stabbed a boy who was a particularly bad tormentor --he did not die, but it was enough cause for her to be taken away to live with her psychologist. Needless to say that venture turned out poorly, for under her "shrink's" tutelage she matured too rapidly for her retarded emotional capacity to handle. In later years this caused a mental break down into the adult-child personality today. She's sweet, but often perceived as dim-witted.
Hearing: Advanced.
Visual Perception: Sharp, with much attention to detail although she doesn't show it.
Intellect: With her lack of a stable childhood to act as a foundation, she spends most of her time acting like a child to make up for it. A little too mature and haughty under the surface, which rarely shows.
Ingenuity: Since she grew up with adults all her life (isolated, really), Josie has a sharp mind gained from spending all of her time reading heavy volumes when there was nothing children-friendly in her environment. However, her lack of a childhood caught up with her in later years, and this intellectual side was buried in the need for human compassion. Before fights it resurfaces, putting her into a heightened state of contempt and preparedness for spell casting.
Temper: Josie has a very level temper... most of the time.
General Mood: Much like a bird, she often darts from place to place, her attention moving just as rapidly.
Food Intake: A meal or perhaps two a day. Usually very light foods. Josie doesn't eat out of wanting to remain tiny, but because her metabolism is kept extremely slow when not preparing for a fight. And since she rarely fights...
Self Control: Good unless she's exposed to something she really fears or hates.
Bleeding Rate: Controlled. In combat she bleeds freely unless a lull in the fight gives her the chance to force a scab to form.
Skill(s): Summoning, illusion, healing (which does not rely on magic, but her Chakra Point, meaning that it takes longer than the quick-cast spells she uses on a daily basis).
