="D HIII!! Some of you may have gotten here by clicking "THIS!" and some of you may just be people who normally read my journal... >_> This is a story I started a few months ago, and I've been asked to finish it... Sadly, I can't finish it yet. I need to rewrite Part One (and I don't know how >< wink and I need to wrap it up. But I'm missing important criticsm, details, and an ending. So sit tight, and read what's here. 8D Thanks!

&-& There are SO many ways I could write this... I even think I'll rewrite it to suit my mood. Or rewrite it and make it the way it happened... I don't know. What do you think? Neah... I'll switch off between the POVs and who's telling it and whatever. ^-^ Neahahah... Tada! Because that's how I roll. -Snaps-

Update 8/2- I will NOT be writing anything more until I decide I'm done with this story. I'm very indecisive. Please check back frequently for updates. It might be a bit dry this week because I don't have very much to work with. I'm using bits and pieces of what I can remember, actually XD Thanks! Oh, the Acquaintances part is currently being re-written. Hang tight.

The Nation of Fools truly was full of fools. Or idiots, in this case...
Toteke grabbed Selies by the ankle, pulling her on top of him. He laid a wet one on her. Sky stood there, gawking at them.
"You're sure you two aren't dating?" Sky asked this again.
Selies went pink, standing up. Toteke nodded and brushed himself off. "Friends with benefits."



Ashoda poofed Selies into Toteke's house. "Try and come back alive, will you?" He told her.
"Promise." Selies mumbled, walking off. Ash left the same way he came.
The young woman wandered into the kitchen to see a shirtless Toteke, who was leaning on the counter, smoking. "Hey." He waved a hand carelessly at her. "Ash drop you off?"
"Yeah." Selies and Toteke went through their routine of small talk, until something slipped out... "How's Kasora?"
Toteke stood up tall, watching Selies watch him. "She's...Good. The wedding's off..."
"Sorry to hear that. But you seem over it. That kiss the other day, you know..." She hesitated here. "It was my first." Selies scratched the back of her blonde head, fiddeling. "It was completely wrong, Toteke! You have a girlfriend, it's practically cheating! And friends with benefits? No. When did I agree to this? Why did you kiss me if you have Kasora? Wouldn't she be mad?!" She spoke quickly, leaving no room for Toteke to break in.
"Hey, hey, settle down!" The hanyou's ears twitched. He grinned wolfishly. "Did you like it?" He took leaned to the side, and the space between them became smaller. Selies blushed again. "What!? No! Of course not, that's just wrong! I don't want to be caught making out with my friend's groom-to-be!" Toteke frowned, taking a small step forward this time. "You barely know Kasora... And... would you really hate kissing me that badly?" He sounded hurt. He leaned down ever so slightly.
Selies took a deep breath. "I, I don't know..." She tilted her head to the side, leaning forward as well.
Toteke's ear twitched again. There was only a few inches between the two of them, now. "We'll find out." He kissed her tenderly. Selies didn't do too much of the work. It was mainly him. But certainly did not hate it. She broke away after a while.
"Told you." Tension thus filled the air...


Everything went along like normal the next few months... But emotions were stirring. Selies and Toteke had a few moments where one was on top of the other. They would make out, but nothing more. The pressure was always there... And once it builds up...

Toteke sighed. "Seeing as this could be the last time we see each other under these circumstances..." He kissed Selies. "You're going to have to make a choice."
She shook her head. "I can't! It would be cheating! You would be! Think of Kasora, Toteke! Do you know what would happen to me?!" She made a slicing motion across her neck. The hanyou rolled his eyes. "Please. She wouldn't harm a fly."
Selies was in a good position... (D:& METAPHORICALLY, PERVERTS!!) They were both about to go into a war against each other... She didn't want to die a virgin. And what gave her even more reason, was that she really did love Toteke. One would suppose this seems very... sudden. But it wasn't. This was the time. The time for a choice, and the time to grow up.

Selies woke up early the next morning. She scratched Toteke's ears for a moment, then hopped out of bed, and walked to the kitchen. She felt very... awkward. It was only to be expected.
Toteke walked into the dining room about a half an hour later. The food had woken him up. He and Selies stared at eachother for a few minutes... He finally spoke. "Selies... Did we really just have sex...?"
She scratched the back of her neck. "I do think so... Either that, or you're having a very pleasant dream..."


Miss Monaghan remained in a very... scrunched up position under a crushed fountain. She was clearly surrounded by mines. "This was a terrible place to wake up..." She sighed, holding her gun to herself.
"Hahahah!" A deep, booming laughter sounded behind her. She tilted her head back. "BASSY!!!" Selies grinned at him. Baskerville frowned ever so slightly. "Baskerville, my dear!" He held out a white gloved hand to her, helping her up and away from the mines.
"Thanks." She said in a small voice. She hugged him. Baskerville, however, was planning on getting back at her for the 'Bassy' nickname. "You slept with the...enemy." He grinned, just like the cheshire cat. Selies turned pink. "WHAT?! H-HOW DID-- YOU'RE LYING! I, THERE'S NO--" She stopped, took a deep breath, and said, "And the amazing Baskerville truly does know all." They laughed together, watching countless soldiers get shot down by Toteke and his men. (XDDD Damn, that's lovely.)



I shut the door in his face. "Go away, jerk!"
He walked around to the window, scowling. "Selies! I told you, I'm sorry!" I shut the window and pulled the curtains.
"Hmph! As if you really meant it! I feel horrible, you feel horrible, and we're both guilty of it! I can't believe you'd do that..."
Toteke poofed into the house, glaring five inches up at me. Haha, shorty... "And I can't believe you would let it bother you that much! Friends with benefits." He winked, I turned away.
Toteke was slowly ruining his life, and I had to be dragged into it. Why me? I've asked myself that question numerous times. It was never answered completely... "Toteke, just go away. I'll call the cops for breaking and entering."
"I could have you arrested for the same thing!"
I crossed my arms over my chest. "Go home, Toteke. Please..."



Selies slammed the door. "Go away, jerk!" She said. It hurt. I walked around to the front window. "Selies! I told you, I'm sorry!"
She pulled the curtains down. "Hmph! As if you really meant it! I feel horrible, you feel horrible, and we're both guilty of it! I can't believe you'd do that..." Selies was trying her hardest not to cry.
I poofed into her house, which was the last thing I wanted to do. Go in without invitation. I appeared right in front of her, glaring. I was five inches shorter. Imagine how dumb I felt. "And I can't believe you would let it bother you that much! Friends with benefits." I winked, which was definately the wrong thing to do. I was used to her winking back, or hugging me... But it felt...wrong now. She didn't. Selies put her back to me instead, looking at the floor.
She had asked me why I'd 'chosen' her many times before. It was obvious she was thinking it... Asking it in silence. At first, it seems like 'What do you mean by that?' But after hearing it...you kind of get it. We both know how it happened. We just don't know why it was us. I already had a girlfriend... Things got out of hand... Now I don't know what to do.
Selies clenched her fists. "Toteke, just go away. I'll call the cops for breaking and entering."
"I could have you arrested for the same thing!" I stayed where I was.
"Go home, Toteke. Please..."
What home?
