Se'rox: Strange Questions Indeed

Se'rox, surprised that only a moment after arriving on Gaia in Kaku's front yard Zuchax the Second came out, she watched as he checked the mail and went back inside. He had said out loud that he had visitors, and one was Se'rox.

"Now that was odd." Commented Nealiminity. She hadn't looked up, and was still just dusting off her clothes, as if the trip had gotten her dirty somehow.

"Well, you could say that." Se'rox replied. "Or you could say it was normal for-" Se'rox started, but got interrupted as Zuchax the Second came back outside. "him." Se'rox finished, much quieter.

As he greeted them, Nealiminity raised an eyebrow. She mouthed the words "dragon's friends", which Se'rox was barely able to see. But she had no time for explaining that. What Zuchax the Second said next made her have to think about things all over again. Zuchax III wasn't on this planet, but Zuchax the Second knew where, but was instructed to find out who she was working for before taking her to him.

"So, you're not her boyfriend, then?" Nealiminity replied. She had a tendency to bluntly stating things that made for some awkward moments. "Hmm. Well, what does who she works for have to do with anything? Does he want to see her or not? It shouldn't be about anything else."

Se'rox shook her head. Zuchax the Second was a Nobody, just like herself and Zuchax III, and logic was always supreme with Nobodies. Even if Zuchax III wanted her there for... personal reasons, he would not allow her near him if she had joined one of those ridiculous groups.

"Nealiminity, this is Zuchax the Second. Zuchax the Second, this is an old friend of mine, Nealiminity. She is a green dragon, but I doubt she's ever met Dragon." Turning to Nealiminity to explain quickly, she whispered, "last blue dragon."

"As far as who I work for, my allegiances are my own. If you are asking have I joined with any of those 'groups' trying to rebuild the Organization, then I have underestimated how little Zuchax III thinks of me. Perhaps-"

At this, Nealiminity clasped a hand across Se'rox's mouth.

"She doesn't work for anybody. You all know her, you know she wouldn't do anything stupid like that. Now, where's this boyfriend of hers. I need to... talk to him, as well."

While Se'rox had allowed Nealiminity to stop her from speaking further, she was surprised that Nealiminity wanted to talk to Zuchax III... and she was also a little concerned.
