Random bouts of insecurity is entirely normal and as many assume, and tell younger generations, normal. It is entirely healthy to look at yourself in a different light and give yourself a verbal beating. Most people do it.
Just as many care about appearance and their selfworth.
I can not say much more for I haven't the slightest what the specifics of your "bout" was so I shall now end this. Or maybe after I finish this paragraph as to not cause it to look as though I skimped out in my writing and left you hanging. For, leaving a friend hanging, is a horrible thing to do and shoukld be punishable by death.

I don't know if this entry is completly self contained in it's subject or if I'd have to know you/ hang out with you to get it. Either way, I don't get it and I guess I'll demand an explaination.
