The wolf boy
He wanders the halls, ever curious
Half concious half asleep
He looks streight ahead, his mind some place else
She has somthin he left for her when he moved away,
His heart, and a note saying "This is yours, from now, and forever. Please dont break this."
He wants to make her happy, so he trys his best, but he also wants to keep his morals, so he's afraid to lose her.
"I'm not good enough.", running through his head over and over agan,
He thinks this as he roams without looking to his next class,"I never will be."
He doesnt need to look.
His feet know the way.
"I wish i could try harder...but i'm at my limit unless i break my morals. But then i wouldnt feel like i did it for her...I really am not good enough."
He sits in class, and spots it in front of him,
The wolf, looking at him,
Staring, a glare in its eye as if to say,"You are good enough!"
He responds in thought,"No...i'm not. I dont deserve somone so gorgous, so wonderfull, so generous, and sweet."
The wolfs voice roars in his head, "Yes, you do. Simply because you love her, her and no one else. You must learn young pup, learn, and grow to the wolf you are meant to be."
The boy reaches to the wolf, and it touches him, paw to hand
The wolf dissipates, and the people around the boy see it happen to him, but they did not see the wolf, they see the sudden hint of a glare in his eyes, his nails grow sharper, his canines become fangs and teeth seraded, his hair grows darker, and his sences sharpen and become clear.
He realizes, "The wolf was right."
And with that those around him see his sudden courage, his newfound confidence, both show in his posture.
He realizes,"That wolf, is me."
And smiles triumphantly as he thinks,"My morals can be kept, and her pleased, at the same time."
He continues the day, and runs home to talk to her. And to write his new story.
