Here's a little blurb of a story I'm writing for school...

Okay, so this situation is a little stranger than most of the kids in our school. You see, we found this letter from the Ministry of Education, given to us by a teacher in my books. Of course, like all kids these days, we were curious and we opened it.
Oh! Sorry, let me introduce myself! I am Stephanie, the person who was given the letter in the first place. A few of my friends and I found the letter with my books. Their names are Rachel, Teddy, Jon and Destiny. Here's our little story about what happened to our group when we found this letter.
It was your average school day basically, although I was running slightly late. Apparently, as I found out later, Destiny was as well. This didn't surprise me however, my thoughts off in their own little world as a teacher walked into my path with something in her hand.
"Lookout!" I yelled, swerving to avoid him.
"Wait! Can you give this to-" he shouted, handing an unlabeled envelope to me just as the bell rang.
Lovely...I'm late... I thought, cursing under my breath.
So here I am, sitting in the detention room. Jon, Rachel and Destiny were there as well. Getting up, I walked over to where they were seated, the envelope falling out of my books. "What's that?" Jon asked, showing me the unmarked envelope.
"A teacher gave it to me before the bell rang." I replied, plucking the envelope from his hand. As I spoke, I could tell we all had the same idea on what to do with it. Breaking the seal, we read the contents of the letter.
