life has it's ups and downs. prices go up and the economy goes down. the problem is that we as people are never satisfied with what we have. i have a solution to help cut back spending. it starts in the military. the military spends an ungodly amount of money just on equipment for the troops. a way to cut back is to not recruit everyday citizens, recruit homeless people. think about it. homeless people don't have any standards for sleeping or eating. get the cheapest stuff you can get. also in return the homeless get a place to sleep and free food. getting the homless off the street would raise property value. and that might help the economy get a little boost. ^_^
