Nicky closed her eyes tightly, frozen. After a few moments, she opened her eyes, but to see only darkness. She was flouting in just plain black, nothing was around her. Nicky looked around franticlly, then stopped when almost a window appeared in front of her. Her head cocked, leaning closer. What she saw made her gasp. “It’s him…” She breathed. There stood that same man from her dream, only this time from the back. He was standing in front of a seated cloaked figure with a slim body. The seated figure lifted a hand, shooing the man away.
He nodded, then turned, looking away. Nicky tried to get a good look at his face, leaning to the side, thus failing. Right when she leaned further it was as if the floor opened up beneath her. Nicky’s pupils grew small, then she began to scream. She did a few front flips in the air, then began to scream and yell. “Oh s**t!!” She yelled, noticing how deadly close she was to hitting the tops of those trees. “SOMEONE HELP ME!!” Nicky screamed, then grunted when something slammed into her side, knocking her to the side.
Her head flung back, eyes closeing tightly. Something or someone had grabbed onto her and caught her. They held onto her, then landed quietly on the forest floor. Nicky moaned, lifting her head, her eyes opened halfly, then went huge. ’Oh my god…’ She thought. Nicky had been caught and was now in the arms of the man from her dream. The same one she saw before she fell too. Her eyes had gone huge because, his eyes were yellow, yet the perimeter around his pupil was a lightning blue.
His hair was a pitch black, skin evenly tanned. He looked down at her with intense eyes, emotionless. Nicky grew pink, then red, stammering over words she couldn’t find. The man then set her down, still not saying a word. “Uh…w-who are you…?” She finally managed to say, standing in front of him. He was very tall, probably somewhere from 6’3 to 6’4. He crossed his arms in front of his chest, bright eyes trailing down her body. “Name’s Cain, pleasure to meet you.” He crooned, then took her hand.
