Dark clouds
cry on me
as my own
roll down my cheek

With lifeless eyes
i see so clearly
Why i feel so
betrayed?

Because of her...

I was so in love
with a guy who i thought
loved me back
but i have deeply mistaken

Wondered in on them
doing most unspeakable things
to my surprise when i saw her face
i recognized who she was..

one of my best friends

throwing the closest thing
yelling at them loud and clear
tried to hide the fury and the pain
from my tearful wet eyes

i ran away swiftly
hearing them call
my name and wait
but i don't. just go out in the blinding rain

I run until no more
falling in the spiky grass
thoughts of betrayal and
thoughts of pain swarm my head

Wishing i could disappear
or just fade away
until someone picked me up
towing me away

Warm air cresses my frozen face
as he lays me down
leaving alone
in more tear i drown

I finally fall asleep
with a tasteful dreaming
Dreaming when me and her were friends
singing our friendship melody.
