So I had a dream a few days ago. That in itself is not unusual. However, it was a weird dream. A weird dream about Gaia. And so, I shall write it down for all to read.
My Dream
I was browsing Gaia as usual, and came upon a thread started by a moderator. (She doesn't really exist on Gaia. XD) She was holding a contest, and the prize was a Panda Hat. So I decided to join the contest. The contest was to, in real life, run around six times in my primary school hallways. Fittingly, my main competitor was one of my classmates from primary school, who I hadn't seen in...7 years? O_o (Disclaimer: Panda Hats are cute, but in real life -- if that counts on Gaia -- I'd rather have other items).
Anyway, I and some other competitors got ready for the race. Then the race began. I remembered to pace myself so I wouldn't run out of energy during the six laps, but I also kept up a brisk pace to not lag behind. I ran the race pretty easily, and as I got near the finish line, I became excited since I knew I had probably won the race. However, I saw my classmate jogging in from the opposite direction to the finish line. I quickened my pace, and got there first. He agreed that I had won, so then I came back online to post that I had won the race. (Why she would hold a competition in real life and have no proof of it except online is beyond me...at least, when I'm awake. O_< wink
After the moderator's confirmation, she allowed me to claim my prize. I sent her an empty trade (don't know how I sent one with zero gold...), and waited for the trade bubble to pop up. Soon enough, it did. Lo and behold, there was a Panda Hat. So I quickly confirmed the trade, and belatedly realized that I should have at taken a screenshot to mark my victory. I check my Inventory, and the Panda Hat is there. whee I look forward to wearing it, and simply admire it. I decide to give away a whole chunk of my gold to others, since I have the Hat.
Then I experience a dream shift. You know, those dreams that are sort of connected, but not really? Anyway, in this second dream, I think "Did I dream that? Must have. Let me go check my Inventory." For some reason, I'm outside while thinking this, in the snow-covered ground. The ground is slippery with ice, and I'm pushing a shopping cart toward home. I push the cart next to my "home", which seems to be a hybrid of the place I'm living now and my house at my hometown. Anyway, I leave the cart, and go downstairs to my room to log onto Gaia and check my Inventory. Yep, there it is. Guess it wasn't a dream after all.
Then I experience another dream shift, which I don't remember. Then I finally wake up in real life, and my first thought is, "That Panda Hat wasn't real."

Yes, I really have some issues. confused ...Comments? xd

Journals
It's been over a year since Journals were first released on Gaia. I used to write in my every day. For some reason, I've dwindled off my entries. But I always enjoy reading other Journals. You can bet that if you're on my Friendslist, I'll read your Journal. I may not always comment, but I'm watching you. ninja xd
Gaia Towns
My House is Zip code 001061, top left corner. My old Makeshift house had to be renovated after I got the comment "You're not really into furniture, are you...?" ;_; I love my paint job. Why does everyone else paint their walls the same colour? I like mine mismatched. X3 That, and my bed and desk look very similar to what I have in real life.
I like fishing better than bug catching, but I haven't been fishing in a long time. Anyway, uh, "garbage-catching", is slightly disturbing. I suppose it's like all of the junk in Durem. First, garbage in our drinking water, and now in our Towns? gonk But it's interesting to see that they are already making changes to Towns. I'm looking forward to the other features soon to come. heart
