Maybe I'm wrong, but I sound like the person that you're speaking to -- not specifically in this case and not to you (mainly because I am not nearly as close with you as I wish), but in the sense that I usually act that way.
If I could verbalize the feeling without getting my words tangled up, I would elaborate right now.
Hmmm.. That line sounds oddly familiar. Or maybe suspicious.
ZOMG! Look at me reply to your entry, la!
I guess I could be the person you are talking about. It is logical at this time right now. After our nice little somewhat sharing dealie of paranoia. And seeing as you understand and don't at the same time, look at it like as though you were talking to Jon.
Would you tell him everything?
I guess you would want to but you might not. My paranoia has reached a point so low that I am now uncomfortable telling my friends smaller tidbits of information when talking to them. Because, you never know exactly what people say when you aren't listening...

Maybe the person your talking about is afraid that you won't care? Or that its irrelevant information. Or afraid that he or she would sound whiny. Or even afraid to let anybody know, although they have a strange desire to scream it to the world.
There are many reasons. Maybe you should ask them?
