“NO!” I yelled for the 20th time in the last minute.
“why not?” Joe said pouting.
“yeah come in what’s the worst that could happen?” Kevin asked holding back laughter. He was probably thinking of Ver-on-icah. I shook my head.
“I’m not ready” I wasn’t and never will be.
“ Dude its been over 2 years you have to let her go” Joe’s face went serious. I hated when he switched personalities it scared me.
“Joe’s right Nick, she wanted the fame it fed her” Kevin put a hand on my shoulder but I shrugged it off. “ you have to let her go she didn’t want you” I could feel the pain in my chest but just glowered .
“ what makes you think some girl that most likely desperate for a guy would be good for me?” it came out sharp and Joes face was full of anger.
“ Nick that’s cold do you remember how me and Brittany met?” He was referring to his fiancée Brittany Holland.
“Yeah” I mumbled guilty.
