I went to Tampa for about a week to see my grandpa. He's my one remaining grandparent, but he does the work of 4. He gave everyone a shirt/sweater. My dad got a cashmere sweater, my mom got a gold, sparkly sweater, my brother got a blue shirt with a gorilla holding a spray paint can and there's shiny gold on it that's the paint. I got a red shirt with a bunch of white and black colored splatters, sculls, and stars. Both my brother and I got (you WILL scream) $3000 dollars. Greatest. Grand dad. EVER!!! And he always pays attention to what we say and actually cares about it, no matter what it is. ^_^ I also saw my Aunt and some people who are somehow related to me. My aunt is their grandmother or something. One of them had downs, but he seemed like a regular eight year old to me, so I don't see what's wrong with people who have downs. We stayed in an apartment that someone let us use. It was a really nice place and we had a 5th story balcony that was right over the bay. We stayed there for New Years and watched the fireworks come on all around the bay. It was great. There were two downsides though. First downside is that I was just telling my girlfriend that I loved her for the very first time and as soon as I did that, we had to leave for Tampa Bay. So annoying! I didn't get to stay for the reaction! crying The second bad thing is that my brother wouldn't let me borrow his laptop during the trip, so I wasn't able to continue talking with Kiri. On the brighter side, we came up with those cute nicknames couples use. She's now my little fairy and I'm her werewolf. heart heart heart
