Chapter 2: Still dreaming?

Seeing how Shadow was already awake he decided to do a few push-ups till Yasha woke up. "50..... 51..... 52...." After a while Yasha started to wake up. Yasha was still under the covers as she woke up. First thing she did though was rub her eye then slowly lean up, knocking the cover off her head. Shadow glanced up at her then fell backwards from looking at her hair, it was a bit frightening to see. Yasha's hair was everywhere, poking out from the top of her hair to the bottom, though that wasn't far because her hair stopped at her shoulders. "You laugh.... and I will kill you." Yasha says as she glares intensively at Shadow. Shadow scratches the side of his head then slowly crawls backwards to the door. Shadow opens it, crawls backwards out the door then stands up before closing the door.

Once Shadow was gone Yasha slowly started to get dress while Shadow cooked. Yasha took her time fixing her hair, trying to make sure it was back to it's curly form. Once she was done she went downstairs for breakfast. Since it took her a while to get ready, breakfast was done and prepared to be eaten. Yasha sits down at the table then slowly starts to eat while Shadow went up stairs to get dressed now. Once Shadow was in his room he shut the door behind him before turning around. The minute he does, for a split second Shadow sees his room completely destroyed with a huge whole in the wall and the blood red sky. After the vision was over Shadow falls to his knees, holding himself tight as she shakes wildly. "On... Only a dr.... dream... whil... while... wake..." Shadow starts to laugh nervously before slowly snapping out of it.

After getting dressed Shadow ate breakfast then left out with Yasha to school. As they walk Shadow started to start a conversation with her. "Hey... I have a new dream now..." Yasha glances over at him then glares at him. "Is it another perverted dream?" Shadow winces then laughs nervously. "No... nothing of the sort." Shadow frowns a bit before looking away, still talking and walking at the same time. "This one.... showed the end of the world... or so it seems..." Shadow sighs sadly then Yasha pats his back softly. "Don't worry. They are only dreams right?" Yasha smiles at Shadow who gives her a smile back. "Yeah... your right." Shadow looks forward again then quicken his pace to school. Only a dream, that is what they are.

Shadow and Yasha arrives at school shortly and were already in class, ready for school. Once the bell rung Shadow slowly started to drift off to sleep once more, though before he could fall asleep the intercom came on, a woman's voice it seems. "Excuse me, before we start the announcement we would like Shadow Ryusaki to report to the main office... thank you." It goes off then comes back on for the announcement. A man was talking this time. "Alright students, now for the announcements...." Before Shadow could hear what they were he was in the halls, walking to the office. What did I do this time? Maybe it is because I keep falling asleep in class? Hmm I should take pills to stay awake or eat more. Shadow soon enough arrive at the office, a big office at that. Shadow opens the brown, wooden door then walks into the office, shutting the door behind him.

Inside this room were two people, one was a lady and one was a man. The girl was Shadow's principal. Shadow's principal was named Lura who had long black hair that went down to her waist, yellow eyes, but were covered by glasses and was about 6'7 and looked around 23. Lura currently was wearing a short black skirt with dark brown stalkings and a black short sleeve shirt with a dark red tie. Lura was also sitting at her desk, her hands at her mouth at she stared at Shadow. Scary... Shadow says in his mind as sweat rolls down his cheek.

The other person seemed more like Sergent of some sort. This person had yellow hair that stuck up a bit. His face was a bit rough as he stared at Shadow with his yellow eyes which seemed a bit cold really. Next were his clothes. He wore a large blue over jacket that went down to the floor. Under his jacket was a blue shirt with a white tie hanging down the middle. His pants were long and a bit baggy, but they fit on him, these were also blue. His shoes were blue and were actually boots instead of shoes. Last, but not least was the fact that he had a weapon in school, a sword at his side, but it was secretly hidden and was giving off a weird white aura.

Wait... aura? Shadow looks over at Lura and noticed a faint aura there as well, this one was yellow instead though and was at her hip. Shadow tried to ignore it by starting a conversation. "Soo... what am I doing here?" Shadow ask, his head tilted some. Lura adjust her glasses some as she stares at Shadow. "Shadow Ryusaki.... is it true you have been sleeping in class? And at that have been having odd dreams?" Shadow takes a hard swallow then tries his best to smile, but it comes out wrong. "Ye-yes ma'am." Lura slowly stands up then walks over to Shadow. "Can you tell me what have you been dreaming about?" Lura ask, leaning down in front of Shadow.

Shadow scratches the side of his face then looks away. "First one was a person stabbing another person, both were completely black so I have no clue who they were or what they looked like but they were both male. Another one was the end of the world. The skies were red and everything was destroyed, though this is a more recent dream. The last dream was of my friend, Yasha." Shadow looks back at Lura, but couldn't help but notice her chest. The words pervert played through his mind again as he blushes then looks away. Lura grinds her teeth together then smacks him up side the head. "Focus!" Shadow rubs his head a bit then concentrates. "It... It wasn't anything to big. Yasha's hair was long and golden, she had wings. The limb parts were metal and the feathers were crystal like, but in a rainbow fashion." Shadow nods a few times then tilts his head some. "But these are just dreams... right?"

Lura sighs then leans back up before walking backwards a bit, getting some distance as the big guy walks over to Shadow. "He is all yours Commander Sid." Sid smirks then takes out his sword, holding it up for Shadow to see. Sid's sword was all white and had a golden tip on the end of the blade. "You can see this right? You have been staring at it for a while now. I am sorry, even if your a little kid I must rid you of this earth and stop the prophecy from coming true." Shadow slowly moves backwards, scared to death of the man. Shadow tried to open the door, but it was locked it seems. Shadow started banging on the door, but for some reason, sounded wasn't being made. Shadow started to panic now, getting worse and worse. Shadow slid down against the door then started to hold himself like he did this morning. Sid was no in front of Shadow, his sword pointed down at him. "Sorry, but for the sakes of thousands and thousands of people, I must kill you." Sid stabs his sword at Shadow, but it is stopped some how.

Lura and Sid's face both light up as they see this, wondering what happened. Upon a closer look they could both see a black aura slowly rising from Shadow's body then a sword blocking the hit. This sword's blade was completely black and long. The hilt was also black, but had a dark red eye in the middle of it that was open. Shadow was holding the sword, blocking the hit. When Shadow looked up, his eyes were darker red than usual and his hair spiked a bit more and last was the fact that he had fox ears and a tail. Shadow smirks at Sid then with a single movement, he parries Sid's sword then stabs Sid in the arm, just like in Shadow's dream. Lura's eyes were wide then she quickly calls out to Shadow. "Shadow stop!"

After hearing his name Shadow quickly snapped out of it and the eyes on his sword closed too. Shadow was looking at Lura as he feels something wet and icky run down his hand. Shadow started to shake, his eyes wide as he turns towards Sid. His eyes grow even wider when he sees he stabbed someone. Shadow pulls the sword out then looks at his hands, seeing the blood on them. "I.... I... I st... stabbed.... someone..." Shadow's eyes were still wide as he laughs nervously. Shadow soon faints from it all, not exactly sure what to believe any more. Though, he was now unprotected around the people who were trying to kill him. Sid saw this then walks over to Shadow with his sword in hand while his other hand was holding his shoulder. "It is over... Abyss...." Sid Strikes down towards Shadow.
