Rain always dresses in nice clothes and they are ALWAYS fashionable. She likes to wear pink and skirts. Also she likes pumps. And the occasional kimono is fine.
Rain can be bossy and seem like she's always on PMS but she it really a caring person. She cares alot about her husband and her kids, even Kaleb. She would never leave Shugo's side, she'll be there for him through thick and thin.
