Okay first, excuse my rant if you actually read it. Ask me what he did if you wanna know.

Okay so for the past 3+ hours my mind has been on making a Fallout 3 spinoff of D&D. I put maybe a 20th of it on paper so far. I don't care about copyrights; it's not going national unless people spread it around. I'm making a basic manual, 40 level cap, Fallout 3 leveling mechanics etc. You will get a dog [weak as dogmeat too], etc. Even a story parallel to the electronic titan's to start with. Anything you can make yourself [more stories, maps, etc.] stays as is. Even a replica map if permitted by the creators of Fallout 3. [will update.]
