Outsiders Essay
TAB In the epic tale of the Outsiders there are three very different brothers, Darry, Sodapop and Ponyboy. They may come from the same family tree but their personalities are a different matter. Darry, the serious older brother, Sodapop, the fun-loving middle brother, and lastly Ponyboy, the brainy younger brother. They recently lost their parents and they all work hard to stay together. The two oldest work hard at their jobs, and the youngest works just as hard in school. Being poor and in a gang, makes things a bit harder and complicated.
TAB First is the eldest Darry, hes a tough love kind of guy, but he truly cares about his younger brothers. He's always messing around with Sodapop, but he's hard on Ponyboy. Darry graduated from high school and got an athletic scholarship for college, but when his parents died he gave up the idea of going to college and started working full time to support himself and his brothers. Darry has his reasons for being a bit grumpy and serious, he was forced to grow up at an early age.
TAB Secondly there is Sodapop, the middle brother, is an animated, care free boy. He loves both his brothers very much. He often defends Ponyboy from Darry, when Darry gets angry. To support his brothers he dropped out of high school and got a job at a local gas station. Ponyboy isn't happy about Sodapop dropping out of high school. Sodapop is described as the “high on life” kinda guy, hes movie star good looking. He was in a serious relationship, but when he talked to her parents about their engagement, they sent her to Florida to live with her grandparents.
TAB Lastly there is Ponyboy, he's a smart little kid that doesn't have much common sense. He gets the grades but out on the streets he's not so smart. Ponyboy really looks up to his brother Sodapop. He says he doesn't care about Darry, but even he knows that that's a lie. Ponyboy, the main character of this story, is really kind and brave, he proves this when he saves children trapped inside a burning church.
TAB These young boys go through hard times to stay together. If its Darry working hard to support his family or Sodapop and Ponyboy, staying out of trouble so it wont cause complications causing them to get separated. They're the only family they have, other then the gang, and they all go through hardships to stay that way. Each brother is a unique individual with their own personalities and problems. They may all be different but they are all still wonderful characters in this epic tale of the Outsiders.

That's the best I can do, just tab at the paragraphs then put this around the entire essay:
