Hey!! As usual I have things to complain about today, but I also have good, happy news!! So, I'll start with the good, happy news first. Today my shirt came (it's soooo pretty) and my boxes from the storage company. I also got the books on globalization that I requested from the library (although I lost the list with the other books on it. Oh well, maybe these three will be enough!).
On to the complaining! Actually what I have to say isn't so much complaining as my observations. First, my roommate sleeps all day (seriously). And I know that it is not because she is sick because she has been doing this all year. She'll go to bed (usually after 12am) and then she won't wake up until way after 12pm! I had a somewhat similar sleep schedule in high school, except that I usually didn't go to be until after 3 or 4am, so this was understandable. This really surprises me with her since she's such a party girl, but she can't even stay up after 12am without sleeping the entire next day!! Also, for some reason she feels the need to do whatever on her computer while she is in bed (porn maybe?). I don;t know why she can't just go on her computer at her desk like everyone else.
Second, I officially hate group projects. I have two this year and they are both due at the end of the year (aka the end of this month). On my anthro one, the guy I'm supposed to be working with had some kind of arm surgeery and seems to still be feeling bad. My plan is to do my half this week, write upmy presentation and let him worry about his half. The other one seems to be going pretty well, but it's just a lot of leg work and we have to find times that two or more people are availabel to work on it together, which can be a problem sometimes!
