This glowing light I feel
that eats away
turning me into nothing but ash
which has me afraid

This glowing light I feel
has me crying myself to sleep
but the light wipes my eyes
"Please dont weap"

This growing light I feel
grows everday
attaches onto my heart
and that is where it'll stay

Though I hate it for controlling me
and forcing me to smile
please dont even try
I want to cry once in a while
