The nature of this game avoids me. Supposedly, you need to go out, meet friends, make some free money, enjoy yourself... but I find all of this increasingly hard to do. It is all very strange, if you ask me. I really don't see the point for this game, Gaia, and for anything else in it at all.
From my most discernible observation, I can conclude this: they are trying to create some sort of community... but only this, unfortunately. Because I look around here, I walk amongst all these millions of people and it doesn't really feel like a community... People pass you by, don't even notice. I see beggars out on the street, boys willing to compromise to things they wouldn't normally do in real life, even joking, girls whoring themselves for 2k a pop. It's disturbing...
I don't think the game's homey surroundings fit it all too well. The edge of other RPG, community-esque, text-based games hold already a certain edge necessary to foster a community. Here... it's as if it was left abandoned, in it's infancy, intended only for some tween little kids.
I can only wonder...
