One broad day, in the middle of the night,
Two dead men stood up to fight.
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other.
A deaf policeman heard this noise,
And got up and shot the two dead boys.
If you don't believe this lie, ask the blind man,
He saw it too.
An the very same day,
In the middle of the night,
An empty truck, loaded with bricks,
Ran over a dead cat and almost killed it.
