I feel so lonesome, so empty is my soul.
I wish that you could be here, for it is you I wish to hold.
Give me a spark, give me light, do something so I can light the fire of my heart.
It seems so sad outside this room with all this wind and rain, so gloomy without you.
I need a reason to continue, on a day so sad as this.
I wish that you were with me so the sun would shine so bright,
A cool breeze would come and things would be okay.
I cannot see the future, I don’t know what’s to be.
But, I know that I won’t care,
As long as we are we.
