I caused something rather stupid,
Because of what I did everyone got affected.
I wish I would've been smart enough to see the difference,
between a lie and the truth, what a nuisance.

I was blind when I did what my head said,
I hurt the one I loved, I don't have to pretend.
At the time I didn't know how i felt,
When I found out my heart nearly melt.

Its been one year since I hurt my boo,
If I was her I wouldn't have forgave me, and thats the truth.
But she loves me with all her heart and she forgave me now,
I wasted one whole year of my life without her around.

When the other girl did what she did it made everyone mad,
I couldn't keep the peace thats what made me real sad.
My girl got hurt again and I wasn't there to protect her,
But because of that she told me how she felt and it made everything better.
