Nerissa Altsoba's Sensors
"Sir," Nerissa's hologram form said, appearing in front of Creighton as he entered the house after returning from a hunting trip. "A Galaxy-class spaceship has entered the atmosphere."
"Does it pose any threat?" Creighton asked, apparently unfamiliar with the kind of ship that Nerissa was referring to.
"Negative," Nerissa's hologram form said, creating a hologram of the ship. "It has about a third of my armaments and defenses." [1]
"So why are you worked up about it so much?" Creighton asked.
"In all the years Dragon has lived on Gaia," Nerissa explained, "there has been no spaceship larger than Chazu's and Rose's--"
"What about the aliens who were doing all those abductions a few years back?" Creighton asked.
"Roughly the same size as the aforementioned ships," Nerissa replied. "This is the first ship in a long time that I have come across ever since the fall of the Commonwealth that is equal my size both in dimensions and crew compacity."
"Okay," Creighton said. "So you want to talk to them?"
"Yes," Nerissa replied.
"Okay," Creighton said. "Open a line."

DPotM, 4
As Neptune grew nearer, he suddenly exploded. Behind the remains, Triton lowered his trident. Seeing Alachia, Triton exchanged his glare for a smile. "Alachia! It has been some time."
"Yes," Alachia said, leading the others closer to the castle. "Look. Your father's on my shortlist and I'm in a bit of a hurry. Tell me where my family is and where I can find your father--and I'll pretend I haven't seen you."
Knowing just how dangerous Alachia was, Triton said, "The dragons are frozen in sculptures in the main hall. The naga boy, the halfling [2], and the human children are enclosed in air bubbles in the prison. Father is in his chambers."
"Where else," Alachia said, rolling her eyes. After giving Flan a fresh lungful of air, Alachia said, "Flan, drop the images. Triton, take these three to get the kids out--the old woman needs a breather every five minutes."
< YES! > Flan said. < Ahem...I might suggest we release the dragons last. The majority of them are going to be very pissed off anyway and if we have my fellow airbreathers present, they'll be less focused on destroying the palace. >
"What about you?" Triton asked Alachia. "You know what? I don't even want to know if it gets me the throne."
