Abilities:

Neo possess super speed, reflexes and is capable of firing energy blasts using his chi or Ki energy. Some of the energy blasts he uses are called.

Kamehameha: Neo uses this move a lot and depending on his power level it can be quiet devistating it landed. It requires a small bit of time to gather the energy and releases it in a long blast of pure power.

Spirit Bomb: This is Neo's ultimate attack. He prepares this by gathering the power from the plante and all those around him. It is a collection of everyones Ki energy and gathers and condeses into one giant ball. The size of the ball and subsiquent power depends on the time alloted to preparing it.

Kaio-Ken: This move is one that is dangerous if used incorrectly. It doubles the users Ki energy for a limited period of time. This allows the person to fight harder and faster when by all means the body should be unable to move due to exhaustion. If however it is used when the body is at full power it can raise the persons power lovel to greater hights then first imagined.

Super Saiyan: This is a state that Neo had been training to attain since he learned about it from his father. Among the saiyan race there is believed that every 1000 years a saiyan warrior would attain the ability to become a super saiyan. A warrior with unfathamable power. The day Neo learned of this he began training constantly to become of of his races most elite fighters. But alas no matter how hard he traind it always seemed out of reach. Until the day his family was destroyed. The anger and rage that built up inside Neo sent him over the edge and as such he accended to the ranks of greatness among his people. Now he trains for the next stage of evolution.

The Fallen One: Although all Saiyans are hand to hand fighters neo quicly learned he could defeat his enemies that way alone. One day he found a women trapped in a heap of stones. After helping him out it was clear this was no mortal person for on her back were a beautiful set of wings. neo did all he could to help the women but she died. With her last dieing breath she thanked him and granted him the means to defeand himself. A light covered the angles body and when it cleared she had become a weapon. A sword. Neo dubbed the weapon. The Fallen One.

Sword of Luciender: A weapon given to neo by Luciender so he may protect the mans soon in battle
