Prologue Cont.
I woke up, having not the slightest clue of what had happened after the assailant struck. I tried to voice a word, but the only noise created was a shrill tone that seemed to get me nowhere. I stood up and walked back to where I suspected my village was. About a half-hour later, the familiar teepee's of my village surrounded me. The towns-folk, usually mobbing their homes, were gathered in Oruchu's Point, the middle of the village. The only reason to gather the entire village there was to mourn a death. I passed through the people to seek the truth, and in the coffin, was the body of a young boy. Me.
