well. apparently it is possible to curl your hair with a flat iron, and also bleach it at home using foil and highlighting formula. um... right? i plan to attempt both but it'll cost a bit of money. T___T

The latter just sounds dangerous-
I wouldn't suggest attempting that
But you can basically curl your hair with anything hot
