Humanity has long been extinct from the face of the Earth, because of their destructive nature, and only the toughest animals can survive on what's left of the planet.
Enter a monkey, a very curious and smart monkey, he has somehow survived using his inventiveness and the scraps left behind by humans. Every night he hides from the horrors of darkness and looks through the cracks of his hideout at the sky wondering if there is a better life out there. During the day he gathers food and water which is getting harder to find as each day continues. He also gathers more junk in an attempt to finish building the one thing that will help him reach his dream.
