Vietnam Trip Updates
8 | 30 | 09 :: Today is my last day in Vietnam! Just doing some last final stuff and checking if I didn't forget anything. I'll be back in a few days. mrgreen
8 | 27 | 09 :: Coming home in a few days! Hopefully my new joint art shop will be open by then. Be back around saaaay the 1st or the 3rd. Still missing everyone!
8 | 9 | 09 ::My mom draged everyone to the beach after just 2 days of rest. The road trip was even longer then going to the countryside. I didn't swim though, I just didn't feel like it. The water was pretty clear and warm, at least that's what everyone said. Now I'm home and I'm sick with the sniffles.
8 | 1 | 09 :: I'm in the Vietnamese countryside. We're gonna travel around for 3 days to visit family. My reaction: PANIC ATTACKS! It's just waaaaaay too dirty for me here. Darn my city-girl personality. And damn all the ants and mosquitos! My legs are soooo itchy from them biting me at night. Missing America even more. . . :'[
7 | 29 | 09 :: I've only been in Vietnam for 3 days yet I'm homesick since day one. Vietnam is such a poor and poorly developed country, it makes you appreciate an American life more, even if you're homeless. It's so dirty, hot, and smelly here. And my family's house doesn't have a bath tub (but thank god we have a toilet!). Missing my friends more and more.
7 | 26 | 09 :: I'm at the airport in Taiwan right now, waiting 3 hours for my next flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Just had a 12 hour flight across the Pacific. So tired, so hungry, bed head hair.
