So how far have I come since I started here on Gaia almost four years ago? I've looked at some old RP / Posts from that time period and I know that I've improved in that aspect.
Changes: Third Person versus First, Splitting the paragraphs based on who's speaking / action, longer posts, bold / italics for speech / thoughts in some RPs, I've joined a few guilds and actually been considered a good example for others to follow, more description and action, and no Astrics for actions anymore.
Still the Same: My OC Erkamina / Mina is one of my most common. Although she is joined by a few others, including new names all together.
What I'd like to change: I'd like to change from doing Erkamina as my main but she's also the main character for stories so I know most about her character so I can write most about her, staying constant with formatting or italics / bolding, changing back stories for my secondary characters, I'd also like to incorporate a bit more conflict in the past, and most importantly change my ultimate goal here on Gaia.
Back when I started this Journal I said it would be my character but it has become a tool for my own expression. I suppose even that has changed. My ultimate goal now is to RP so well that I cannot improve anymore. And I am far from that so wish me the best. Also, I may not be able to come on as often as I have been for employment reasons.
