2. Out of those, list your favorites (doesn't have to be in order).
Yu Yu Hakusho, Outlaw Stars, Death Note, Evangelion, Bleach, Naruto, Wolf’s Rain, Full Metal Alchemist, Hellsing, D.gray-man....that's as much as I could narrow it down.
3. What was the first anime you ever watched, when did you first watch it, and what was your first impression?
Sailor Moon and Dragonball. I saw them both at the same time and I liked them. I was just a kid back then but I could tell that there was something different about them, especially from cartoons I was used to seeing. So, ever since than I started becoming interested in anime and it just grew from there.
4. List some of the manga you're familiar with.
The manga series I've read in its entirety is Inuyasha, Absolute Boyfriend, Hellsing, Model, Devil May Cry, and Kingdom Hearts (I think some others but I can't remember). The only on going series I'm reading is Vampire Doll, Bizenghast, Naruto and a few others. I personally enjoy watching anime more than reading manga.
5. What type of anime usually interests you?
As long as I like the characters, story, and/or artwork, I'm pretty much open to all genres of anime, from kid shows to adult ones, and everything in between. As you can see from QUESTION 1, the variety of anime I've seen are all different. I'm basically open to all kinds of anime but I do tend to enjoy more action, horror kind more than shoujo ones.
6. What type of anime least interests you?
It's hard to say. There isn't one particular type that I don't like. I guess I'm not much of a huge fan when it gets to mecha/military anime. Even though I like G Gundam , Evangelion, and a few other mecha anime, I mostly like them for their other aspects (not the mecha/military element.) Oh, I certain don't like yaoi but I will watch shounen-ai but it won't be by choice.
7. What, in your opinion, do you think is the most important factor in an anime? (popularity, animation quality, characters, story, having everything revolve around a cool game/toys/robots, etc).
Most of the time, the characters. Even if the plot isn't anything special, if the characters are compelling and likable, that makes the anime worth watching. That's not to say that if the characters aren't very interesting, but the story is great, that the anime isn't worth watching, but usually it's the characters that make us feel emotionally attached to an anime.
8. Which do you generally like better, anime or manga?
Hm, it's usually anime, but I like them both. I know a lot of people disagree that the anime adaptation of a manga series could be as good as the original manga, but I judge the anime in its own right rather than how it compares to the manga. Anime delivers things that manga cannot; color, sound, a better sense of movement, and incredible music and voice acting. But then again, manga has the advantage of being the "original" source and doesn't have to comply to TV censorship rules. So I guess my personal preference is anime, though I like them pretty equally.
9. Which do you usually prefer, dub or sub?
Usually sub, first because it's usually better than the dub, and second because it helps me learn more Japanese. I prefer subs but I like dubs too as long as I think they're good.
10. List some of your favorite Japanese voice actors and some characters that they play.
Kappei Yamaguchi (Inuyasha from Inuyasha, Ranma from Ranma 1/2, Usopp from One Piece), Satsuki Yukino (Kagome from Inuyasha, Yoruichi from Bleach, Milly from Trigun), Megumi Hayashibara (Lina from Slayers, Rei from Evangelion, Musashi from Pokemon, Faye from Cowboy Bebop), Mamoru Miyano (Light from Death Note, Tamaki from Ouran Host Club, Kiba from Wolf's Rain)...
11. List some of your favorite English dub voice actors and some characters that they play.

12. Which anime do you think has the worst English dub? And the best?
Cardcaptors is definitely the worst! Close seconds could be 4Kids' version of One Piece and Tokyo Mew Mew. And as for the best, probably Cowboy Bebop, Fruits Basket, Wolf's Rain, and Full Metal Alchemist.
13. List some anime that you don't like.
There are a handful I've seen that I just couldn't get into but I can't really think of any that I plainly disliked...
14. Have you ever tried to get someone interested in anime, even though that person knew nothing about anime?
Since most of my friends like anime at least a little, I never really tried to get them into it. As for people who don't know about anime, I've educated my sister about it. She's still in the progress of becoming a fan.
15. Did it work?
Well, we used to watch some anime together, especially the ones she bought that she thought we both would like. But it's been years since we used to watch them together so I'm not sure if her interest of those anime have changed or not.

L, Matt (Death Note), Hiei, Yukina, Jin (Yu Yu Hakusho), Kaworu (Evangelion), Sesshomaru, Rin (Inuyasha), Rock Lee, Hinata, Jiraiya, Gaara, Naruto and Kakashi (Naruto), Kiba and Toboe (Wolf’s Rain), Rukia, Kon, Kisuke and Chad (Bleach), and a few others...
17. List some of your least favorite anime characters and which anime they're from.
Sakura, Konoharmaru, Ino, Sasuke (Naruto), Flay Allster (Gundam Seed), Asuka (Evangelion), Keiko (Yu Yu Hakusho), Sora (.hack//Sign), Tohru (Fruits Basket) and some other characters...
18. List some of your favorite "non-human" (animal-like) anime characters and the anime they're from.
Kero (Cardcaptor Sakura), Ryo-ohki (Tenchi Muyo!), Kirara (Inuyasha), Akamaru (Naruto), Kon (Bleach), Hakuryuu (Saiyuki), and all the wolves on Wolf's Rain.
19. List some of your favorite Japanese video games.
Okami, Harvest Moon, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy XII, Kingdom Hearts, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil and Fatal Frame. There's a handful of other games I like too.
20. List some of your favorite anime songs and the anime they're from.
I have so many! But just to name a few: "Four Seasons" and "Change the World" (Inuyasha), "Ready Steady Go!" (Full Metal Alchemist), "Colors of the Heart" (Blood+), "D-techno Life" and "Life is Like a Boat" (Bleach), "Gravity" (Wolf's Rain), "Obsession" and "Yasashii Yoake" (.hack//SIGN), "Inner Universe" (Ghost in the Shell)..and many more!
21. List some of your favorite anime couples and which anime they're from.
Inuyasha x Kagome, Miroku x Sango (Inuyasha), Sakura x Shaoron (Cardcaptor Sakura), Lina x Gourry(Slayers), Renton x Eureka (Eureka 7), Naruto x Hinata (Naruto), Gene x Melfina (Outlaw Stars), Ranma x Akane (Ranma 1/2), Yusuke x Keiko (Yu Yu Hakusho), Kenshin x Kaoru (Rurouni Kenshin), Kagome x Inuyasha (Inuyasha), Lee Bailong x Jun Tao (Shaman King), Rain x Domon (G Gundam), Haru x Elie (Rave Master), well I believe that's enough for now.
22. What medium do you usually use to watch anime? (buy DVDs, download fansubs, watch anime on TV, borrow anime from friends, etc.)
I used to mostly watch anime on TV and borrow from friends. But since I've gotten a better computer and my Internet connection has improve, I've read the manga scans online. Sometimes I watch one or two episodes but that's if I'm patient enough. All in all, I do a lot of reading and for the anime I really want or manga I'll buy the DVDs or manga.
23. What is your favorite anime quote and who says it?
Hm, there sure are a couple of awesome quotes but I'll go with: "Let's rock!" Dante (Devil May Cry)
24. List some of your favorite anime movies.
Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Cowboy Bebop the Movie, The End of Evangelion, all the Inuyasha movies, Fullmetal Alchemist Movie: The Conqueror of Shamballa, Appleseed, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Blood: The Last Vampire, Princess Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle, and Spirited Away.
25. What is your most favorite anime of all, and why is it your favorite?
It's way too hard to pick one favorite! So I'll just go with either Yu Yu Haksuho, Outlaw Stars or Wolf's Rain.
26. Which anime haven't you watched but would like to?
Basically anything I haven't seen already.
