I got Live Aus Berlin in the mail today. From Russia. I couldn't read the packaging, but it was really crude.. It was normal CD wrapper wrapped in thick brown paper and a crappy little white box... The paper was tied closed. With string. And the loittle box was inside the paper, sealed with a single piece of packaging tape... They glued a plastic bag with the shipping info to the paper..
