Black Rose of Raven's Castle Here in the castle, the Ravens Castle I wonder through the halls I see nothing, but the darkned walls. I see shadows move above my head They are the ones that lead Me to the room of Raven. A Raven of black hair With a soft stare And a frightful glare. As I move Silence is my friend. Then he the Raven lieing on his silk bed Suddenly said, "Welcome young one to my grave." "My one and only resting place." "Here I lie with my one rose, my Black Rose." The rose was black as night, Cold as ice, And had the shining light Of death. "Why have you come here?" The Raven did ask Hiding in the shadows as if Wearing a mask. I was warmed to my heart That he would listen As my confession melted out My mouth as sweet words, "I come for my love." "My Raven, my beloved Raven." "The one that haunts the skys and my dreams." "You came to me in that dream." "And kissed me before the sunrise." I sat down by my dear Raven To see what he would say I stay, I stay, And I never left that castle, the Ravens Castle For my Raven said good-bye. So in that castle, the Ravens Castle I lay with him, him my beloved Raven And I his beloved Rose, his Black Rose.
