When Frank wakes up, the thought that he’s a monster immediately enters his mind. It’s a new and rather intense thought, but it doesn’t feel foreign. He ponders his morality for a minute and comes to the conclusion that he really is a bad person. He knowingly and happily works for a madman that wouldn’t hesitate to destroy the world if it meant spiting Gambino. His work has effectively put every town under siege, and he’s ripped a quickly expanding hole in life itself. Frank knows he’s completely irredeemable.
But after a moment’s reflection, he realizes he just doesn’t care.
