MY MIND: The process in which a lump of moving flesh growing from the inside is removed. Almost like a parasite in behavior, or like a tumor, if you would like to think of a fetus that way. Babies are a dime a dozen :'D
INTRO:
Oh sure, abortion. It may seem like a simple little procedure, but don't let the Catholic Church hear you say that You aren't about getting your wisdom teeth removed are you--especially when they are potentially a danger to you? Then why should you be above having an abortion? Oh, you're not a female? Well, then you have a reason to be above having one. I mean, you're just getting rid of some flesh, tissues, nerves, body parts... it's like removing a kidney or a tumor! Oh sure, maybe there's a heartbeat, a few brain waves, here and there, but it's not actually breathing. Last I checked humans needed to breathe the atmosphere to live. So you aren't really killing anything, merely removing.
Now, I'm not saying you should have one or to change your views, just read on. I like to think I defend myself nicely on this topic.
FETUS JAR:
Has anyone ever seen that movie Wickerman with that ever-horrible actor Nicolas Cage? Or even a Jackalope music video? Well, as I recall, there are sometimes jars around with fetus' inside and I've kind of wanted one since. I keep it on my mantle/fireplace as a decoration or something when people visit! I'd always be polite and say, "This is ____, my fetus-child. Very low-maintenance. You should consider getting one." :'D
REASONS TO HAVE AN ABORTION:
So this is the area that's going to get me shot, killed, or otherwise mauled by some group or people. But read on anyways for my own personal thoughts on why an abortion is a good idea for a lady to have, and it's not going to just be the typical, "Oh, but a rape-baby D:!" reason. So read on fellow readers, read on ;D
NOT AFFORDABLE AT THE TIME: Some people have a lifestyle where they can only afford to take care of and provide for themselves. There are even people who live paycheck-to-paycheck, in case you didn't know. Although, some don't even have a paycheck, but that's why they're called hobo's and don't count in this situation.
CAN'T DUE TO LIFESTYLE: Other people work some seriously weird hours for that handy dandy paycheck. Babies might work on a weird schedule, but not even that weird. Babysitters and relatives have their own lives and can't always be there and it's not very logical, even for me, to leave ones own child alone. Besides, who wants someone else running their baby's life for them?!
JUST DON'T WANT THE THING: Babies are so incredibly ugly! Have you ever seen one? They're wet, gross, revolting, needy, always hungry, always crying, the list goes on... Why would I, a very self-centered jerk, want something more needy than me or my cat around? There's a reason why I don't baby sit. EVER.
BUT YOU COULD HAVE BEEN, YOU KNOW...: What, aborted? That's fine.
But before you read on, there's something you need to understand: there are somethings that I will not ever talk about, no matter how much you may want me to or how much you bribe me. I just wont talk about those things. This part of my journal entry rubs against another topic that wont be mentioned here so you won't get my full reasoning here or anywhere else. Now that that is though, please, continue :'D
First off, I can't really say much here as I am not, and never will be, my mother. Second off, life would have been so much easier on everyone if I had been aborted. But since this is now rubbing up against that unspeakable topic on my side, I leave you with that.
THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SEX IF THEY DON'T WANT A KID: Sometimes that's not an option. Ever heard of a little thing called rape? Other times, sex is a form of showing someone that you love them and all that other great stuff, along with a way to get money. Then again, no one would happen to remember Mary from the bible who got pregnant just from talking to an angel, would they?
JUST FOR KICKS (AND CATHOLICS): So God is the one that makes all the little crying creatures that ruin the rest of your life and take all your money even when they finally move out. But I don't remember anyone ever having sex with God, do you? No where in the Bible is it mentioned that God had sex with anyone. Go figure, that Church follows the zombie son of the universe's biggest man-whore of the year (and century).
