I HATE THE DAMN UNEMPOYLEMENT INSURANCE/LABAR AND WORK FORCE PLACE!!!!
Why?
Because they like to screw with you and it could all be done by now. Hell, it could have been done with, a ******** month ago!
First time we're suppose to get a phone. We were never notified about that. So we went there at 7:00 am...waited in the cold, on line in front of the place until it open. We got numbers and had to wait....than when our number was called we talk to the person and told us that they would reschedule the phone call and told us the only thing we had to do was tell the amount and basically confirmed that's us.
Friday comes by and the times for someone to call never happen. So Monday comes by, my mom is getting pissed and again we wake up at 6:00 am and leave the house at 7:00 and repeat the process in waiting in the damn line. We're inside and the lady tells us we have to call, and reschedule ANOTHER appointment because the lady that "supposedly" told us that it was wasn't put down on the damn computer or the list to call people.
So we did it and left...once the month passed...today we're got the phone call just as it was appointed and now there's another problem. The person never mention their name and told us we had to fax a form to make sure it's correct. And well....my dad went to an agency to see if they'll fax it for us and all in all...my mom and I had to get dress and walk to the agency because he left us, taking the car. So when we got there, we learn that the info that lady on the phone gave us didn't help figure out who/where to fax the damn paper. We called unemployment place and waited 25 mins before they hanged up on us. We called again and waited another 25 mins and yet it was still busy and we got no where.
The Agency told us that maybe we should wait a week and see if they'll send us a letter or call...or something. All I can say is this s**t is bothering me and becoming a huge a** problem. Why do they have to freaking call?! Can't someone just go there in person...confirm it's them and than they call and tell them they're S.S and they're ID number on that card, (the one that they give us) and that's it?! That would be quick and easy....ugh.
I NEVER want to do this s**t ever again. Damn...
I'm so ******** pissed. I typed all this in two freaking minutes. I'm not surprise because I know exactly what I want to say, so I don't have to spend a couple of minutes trying to figure out how to words things.
Ugh, my advice for anyone doing this, is to start/do it by COMPUTER!!!! So please DON'T do it by phone because than you'll have a higher chance of getting the same problems like I am. My mom knows someone who's having the exact problems as us and it's so frustrating.
These things are better and quicker on the computer. I just wish we stick to doing it on the computer than giving up and doing it by phone. Today sucked a**....it's even worst when I'm not feeling well either.
Damn unemployment s**t....
