You know how I get when I think of you
No happiness, joy or love but blue
Loneliness might feel a little alright
But it's not the same without you here by my side, tonight

Love is a very mysterious thing
Gives you the world but always ends in suffering
I probably looked like a fool
I was a puppet, a toy... a tool

You said this will never end
But I waited for ages for my heart to mend
That last night should have been my cue
Nevertheless I couldn't see through you

Those days were the first of my last
But now I feel like an unwanted outcast
You call your lies your reasons
But they're not true like the ever changing seasons

I have always been your punching bag
You have always blamed me like I was a drag
It occurred to me that your feelings were not real
When I thought Heaven was nothing and you were a big deal

Your heart is lost in darkness I could see
That's how I knew it was never meant to be
Our fates can never be intertwined
You knew something was wrong when I kept saying "Never Mind"

To be honest I never felt the sparks
You only left me with wounds, injuries we call marks...
