	I mean, I can imagine how the logic behind such a belief may be, and I can mostly agree with that line of logic, but... I really do wonder. Is there any specific example that makes you wonder if this may be true or untrue?

	A friend of mine said that she decided not to feel guilty any more when her father starts blaming her for stuff she did or didn't do in her life. I didn't tell her this, but I don't think you can just decide that. Emotion will appear, usually whether you like it or not. What you do with it later is much more under your control, though.

	hmmm... this question bothered me, so I asked my mom what she thought. She said that some people really might be able to do that. I mean, if we use the example of feeling guilt... after a while, if you finally decide that you're not going to feel guilty about something, I think that you really would be able to do so if you really didn't want to. I mean, it would be a process, but if you really made up your mind... I can imagine someone really not feeling guilty about something that they said that they didn't want feel guilty about. Not immediately or easily, but I think that it can be done. man, these captchas are turning into some kind of monochromatic type of pop art rofl
