Well, the past few weeks of vacation have been pretty good. I've been hanging out with my friends a lot. I got to see Avatar with some of my friends a while ago as an early premier (like, 8 p.m. the day before it was supposed to come out). One of my friends and I also started dating, so I've been hanging out a lot with him. We've been having a lot of fun together, just hanging out and stuff. We saw Sherlock Holmes together, but that was a while after it came out. It was amazing. The reason I haven't really gone to the theatre lately is a) there haven't been many movies out that I want to see and b) I'm kind of tired of spending so much money at the movies, and it's sort of a habit that I got into with my friends. So yeah, it's gotten kind of old.
Anyway, school will be starting for me on the 19th, and my parents want me to be studying. The thing is, I don't really like studying over the holidays, and I'm taking completely different classes this semester. I've read a bit into my Algebra and my History books, but not much more than that.
Well, I'd better get going now. My dad is calling so we can go surfing today. The waves are supposed to be really good today. Of course, it's always like that before or during a rain storm. Bye for now!
