Little is known about "Steven Ward," if that's even his real name. What little is known is what laws he's broken, or, easier to measure, what laws he hasn't. He has burned flags, bombed buildings, Passed out anti-propaganda leaflets at government-sponsored dinners, and many innumerable other assorted illegalities and profanities. He is called the Minister of The Lies we call Truth. He is by all effects a terrorist, no more, no less. He is known to be extremely dangerous, and even more manipulative. It is also believed he is behind the bombing that may have killed Joey's best friend, Sean. He believes rigidly in the cult of Chaos, and he calls himself a soldier of disorder. He believes it is his destiny to destroy all we know about order and government. He was once quoted as saying, "Eris has given me the power to free us all from the hell that is order. You will all thank me one day."
