This stuff is pretty simple to make and is utterly DELICIOUS!
Ingredients:
1 pkg (8 oz) softened cream cheese
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1/4 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup chopped pecans
Apple slices or other fruit, strawberries, etc (for dipping)
Directions
1) Mix the cream cheese, vanilla and sugars with a mixer.
2) When they are well blended, sir in the nuts.
3) Refrigerate.
4) Eat with fruit.
