You look one way and than something flashes before your eyes. Than you blink and it's gone again. Whatever could it be? Could it be something beyond this world? Well than you'll have to find out won't you. Come in and take a job. We want all the help with can get, special talents and all. Why you ask? Well sit down it's a long story.
It was way back before I could even remember it. Maybe it was my ancestors ancestors. Well it won't matter now, they're long gone. Back to the topic at hand. Long ago the rift between our world and underworld was broken. With this new tear, spirits or ghosts as you call them have come upon our world. Killing,scaring anything they needed to do to survive. They started to haunt places, on where they died. But see that's the ironic bit, only the ghosts murdered have violent tendencies. It seems they want to drag everyone with them and kill them. In a way, it's a form of revenge that many sought. The more the violent the death, the more gruesome they killed others. Shocking isn't it? Well all the ghosts that were violent in their past lives are docile like kittens, than the ones that were docile were violent. It seemed these ghosts had a personality swap. I wonder how that came to be?
Well to combat these dark forces an agency was created. These agency as you sit now in, became hunters. They hunted the paranormal and gave them the peace they deserved and wanted. But the bad thing is that normal weapons don't do squat towards these ghosts. So hunters with special and unique talents are wanted. However from within this agency, special weapons are created to combat these spectral beings. But since the rift remains open, more and more ghosts come onto our plane. Many have perished already. So we request the help of you to help bring these ghosts to rest. Will you take on the challenge or will you become their next victim?
