This has to be the 9th time this year.Most of the time it is my fault,because I never feel really rushed and sometimes sleep in.In Tahlequah,I could just sneak in and no one would care.The school was too big to keep track of every absence and tardy.But here,I have been called to the office on numerous occasions for my unexcused absences and tardies.I recently got ISS for accumulating 14 tardies to my 8th hour class in 3 weeks.Now that has to be some kind of record. sweatdrop
But today,I made sure that I would catch the bus because today was special.My mom goes to work at 12:00 pm and gets home at 9:00 am on normal workdays,but today she is taking extra classes with her co-workers to make the blackjack pit more effective(If you dont already know,my mom is the Blackjack Floor Manager at Cherokee Casino.).So she wont be home until 12:00 or 1:00 today. xp
So now,I'm going to miss at least 4 hours of school. gonk I know I'm going to get detention or maybe ISS for a fact. burning_eyes Catching the bus to me is like trying to catch a fly with chopsticks.Same with Lorynn,too.As I was saying before,I made sure that I wouldn't miss the bus.I woke up at 6:15 (which to me,is like waking up at 3:00.),I put the dog outside early,and I even layed out my clothes the night before!
But,My sister slept until 7:00,made oatmeal before even getting dressed,and played around!She made her oatmeal at 7:10,which is 5 minutes before the bus comes.She still had to brush her hair and teeth and get dressed!I was already ready with my backpack on and everything!I start yelling for her to hurry up and get dressed and to just throw away the oatmeal,but she said that would be wasteful and continued to eat at 7:15.
I prayed for the bus to be running a little late today.It was already 7:25 before she was already!We ran outside to see the bus take off without us.
