the small racoon looked at the shewolf inesently and yet his eyes told all. she looked at the racoon more and more intensly "enough!" growled her mate. she looked at him and saw even more anger course threw his eyes. "mama whats going on?" asked her young pup at her side. "Your mother here is a tratior she has failed her mission and did not slay that beast that had left us" said the male looking at his pup. Looking in confusion the pup looked at his mother and then his father "No she wouldnt do that mother never would." said the pup starting to walk in front of his mother. "hush child."said the she wolf "NO mother! Father you need to stop and just listen you are a coward you know and a usless wolf you use others to do your work and to kill for you."as the pup said this the male lunged at him, seeing his intentions the she wolf lunged and shoved her pup out of the way letting the male hit her instead of her pup... the fight soon broke out. the female lashed at him snapping at his legs and throught. He did the same as well as tearing at her back by jumping on to her back he tore at the back of her neck. yelping in pain she turnd and snapped at him. the pup watched in horror as his parents faught un able to stop his furry he lunged at his father's neck the male wolf saw him at the corner of his eye and caught the pup by the neck and snapped his jaws tight around his small and delicate neck. a loud crack was heard and the pup went instantly motionless. The female watched in horror and lunged at her mate and snapped at his neck. she jumped on his back and tore at his neck her back feet scratched furiusly at his back make long gashing wounds he yelped in pain she then brought her jaws down around his neck he cried out in pain and fell to his side his final breath left him his eyes were in complete shock. the racoon stood there and then scamperd away . the she wolf layed down next to her dead pup and howld in pain. she then stood back up and went up the cliff and howled once more making the long dreadful romantic howl explode to alls ears. the black lone wolf stoped and listened to the long mornfull howl and howled in return for he remberd the scent that came with it and relized her pain and padded his way back in the direction she was in.
