I thought swimming was just a sport or a random hobby, but I've realized, if I get famous with it, it can help my life play out the way I want it too. Everything won't seem so far away. If I ever made it to the Olympics with swimming and got gold, I could be rubbing elbows with Paul McCartney.... Hehe.
Okay, I had an epiphany in the shower. I came up with a story about Joanne and her best friend Maxine. Maxine's father commits suicide one day, and leaves Maxine in ruins. Joanne's cousin visits one day when Maxine is around. His name is... (need to come up with that) and he falls in love with Maxine and vise-versa. ... comes to pick Maxine up to hang out at the mall, when Joanne receives an urgent phone call from Maxine. Maxine is over excited and hysterical. She says that a man ran up to ... and chopped his head off with an axe. Joanne sits in silence and just listens to Maxine crying. Eventually everyone is dying around Joanne and after her mother is killed, she goes to live with Maxine. She is terrified that the same thing will happen to her best friend, but I think she should be more worried about herself than Maxine.
