At the hospital:

Clarissa: Man, Katherine, you look horrible! D8

Katherine: *is all battered and bruised, has bandages over one eye and her head, some on her arms too* : < I do...?

Emily: What happened to you...?

Katherine: Oh...I don't remember anything...

Adelise: *looks through her records* Hmm...You have several contusions and had some internal bleeding. That's no good. Can you see straight? Can you feel your legs and arms?

Katherine: Yes...I can. *moves her legs and arms around, winces* They hurt so much...

Adelise: *looks her over* Looks like someone beat ya real good. I'm so sorry! D8

Katherine: : < I miss John and my children...

Clarissa: I thought John found you?

Katherine: He did, but he had to talk to some of the doctors. : <

Diana: *comes through the door with Jacob and Kylie* Oh dear, how are you feeling, Katherine?

Jacob: *lets go of Diana's hand and runs up to his mother* Mom!

Kylie: *runs up to her other side and climbs on the bed* Mommy!

Katherine: *tries to hug her kids but can't* ....Ah!

Clarissa: : < C'mon, Kylie. *picks Kylie up and puts her down beside the bed* Your mom is hurting.

Kylie/Jacob: *frowns and looks at eachother*

Katherine: I'm so sorry, you two.. : < </3

Emily: You don't remember anything at all?

Adelise: Give her a break, Emi, she's suffering from PTSD and probably some memory-loss from the severe beatings she got. She needs to rest. Trust me! I'm the daughter of two doctors/scientists!

Emily: Still...why would anyone do this?!

Katherine: I remember getting off of work...I was left to close up the library and...then...I think I had been walking to my car and...there were bright lights, headlights I think. Then I got grabbed. I don't remember anything else. : <

Clarissa/Emily/Diana/Adelise: D8

Diana: That's horrible!

Clarissa: Homigod, I can only imagine how upset John is. Where did he find you?

Katherine: Um..I don't know.

Adelise: I heard the doctor say her husband told him she was in a ditch on the outskirts of town. How anyone could not see her there is beyond me. What a horrible world you guys live in...eh, not like mine's any better. D8 Here! Have a stimpack! *gives Katherine a stimpack*
